Yu-Gi-Oh! after 5D's becomes ZEXAL

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's is expected to end in Japan in a few month's time, and scans have appeared of what we can expect to see afterwards:

According to AnimeNewsNetwork this is what's been revealed so far:
The February issue of Shueisha's V Jump magazine is revealing the details on the Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal anime and manga on Saturday. The anime will premiere next spring in "Golden Time" — the popular evening timeslots — on TV Tokyo and its network affiliates.

Yu-Gi-Oh! creator Kazuki Takahashi and Studio Dice (Weekly Shonen Jump) are credited with the original story and the original character designs of the anime.

Satoshi Kuwahara is directing off scripts that are supervised by Shin Yoshida (Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monster GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D: Bonds Beyond Time).

Masahiro Hikokubo is credited with "Dual Layout" as he was for the previous television series.
Hirotoshi Takaya is designing the characters for anime.

The new main character is YĆ«ma Tsukumo.

The series is set in the near future. Yuma Tsukumo is number one bad boy at his school. Something unexpected happens as Ryoga challenges him to a Duel. When the mysterious entity Astral appears before them a new legend begins.

An encore screening of Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D Bonds Beyond Time on February 20, 2011 in Japan is to contain details on the production of Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL. The second 2011 issue of Weekly Shonen Jump will include details of the screening a competition on how one hundred and ten readers can win passes to see it.
