Effect Veiler
Monster effects that activate from the hand are very difficult to stop, and your opponent will almost never see them coming. D.D. Crow is the popular right now, because it can remove key cards in the opponent’s Graveyard from play, shutting down the key combos of Decks in the process. Honest and Blackwing – Kalut the Moon Shadow give your monsters the ATK boost they need to take down stronger monsters, and Gorz the Emissary of Darkness can come out of nowhere to save you from defeat. Duelist Revolution has a monster called Effect Veiler, which can be sent from your hand to the Graveyard to negate the effects of one of your opponent’s face-up monsters.

Solemn Warning
The most common way to win Duels is by Summoning monsters and attacking with them. If your opponent can’t Summon monsters, or the Summon of their key monsters gets negated, they tend to struggle. Duelists have tried out several cards that can prevent opponents from Summoning monsters. The release of Duelist Revolution heralds a new card that can prevent any Summon, at any time, and is incredibly difficult to stop.
Fabled Raven
Hidden Arsenal 2 brought the “Fabled” monsters into the Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME, a new family of cards that revolve around discarding cards from your hand, similar to what Dark World Decks did before. The headliner of these monsters is Fabled Valkyrus, a 2900 ATK Synchro Monster that lets you draw cards by discarding “Fabled” monsters. At Level 8 it’s a difficult card to Summon, but Fabled Raven from Duelist Revolution makes it a whole lot easier.

Psychic Nightmare
Level 6 Synchro Monsters are some of the most powerful cards you can have in your Extra Deck. Goyo Guardian and Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier can instantly swing Duels in your favour with their effects, and any Deck can Summon them. X-Saber Decks can call upon XX-Saber Hyunlei to obliterate Spell and Trap Cards, and Blackwing Decks use Blackwing Armed Wing to pierce through the opponent’s defences. Psychic Decks get their own Level 6 Synchro monster in Duelist Revolution that can turn your own latent psychic abilities into pure ATK!

Ally of Justice Catastor, the first Ally of Justice Synchro Monster, has been a mainstay of Extra Decks everywhere since its release in Hidden Arsenal. Duelist Revolution contains the first ever Ally of Justice Tuner, Ally of Justice Cyclone Creator, and it’s got an effect that could see it become a mainstay in Main Decks everywhere!

Konami presents: The Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series!
These are big, exciting 2-day events that take place from Saturday to Sunday. Duelists from all over will attend these events to compete for exclusive prizes and spend the weekend Dueling, trading, and hanging out with hundreds of other Yu-Gi-Oh! fans. In addition to the main Championship Series tournament there are numerous Public Events, including tournaments specifically for Duelists aged 13 and under. Competitive or casual, there is something for everyone to do at a Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series weekend event.
